NBA Betting - Big Three Plus Bench Should Mean a Heat Repeat

An 8-2 straight-up run that includes a perfect 5-0 mark both SU and against the spread in their last five games has opened-up a four-game lead for the Indiana Pacers in the NBA’s Eastern Conference. It also helped that second-place Miami sunk into a 3-4 SU (2-5 ATS) skid in its last seven games. The Heat are coming off a 93-86 victory over Boston this past Tuesday, but they failed to cover as nine-point home favorites on VietBet’s closing NBA betting line.

The Pacers will be back in action this Wednesday night against Phoenix as 5.5-point road favorites with the total set at 196.5. After putting up at least 102 points in each of their last four games, the total has gone OVER in three of those contests. Miami next game will be this Thursday night at home against the Los Angeles Lakers. The Heat will close-out the weekend with a huge matchup against San Antonio at home this upcoming Sunday.

Speaking of the Spurs, they head into Wednesday night’s showdown against Oklahoma City for the top spot in the Western Conference as six-point home favorites on VietBet’s current betting line. San Antonio has gone 8-2 SU in its last 10 games to improve to 32-9 on the year, but it has failed to cover in four of its last seven games to fall to 21-20 ATS.

The Thunder are just a half game back in the standings with a four-game winning streak and a 7-3 SU mark in their last 10 outings. Oklahoma City has covered in all four games including a crucial 105-97 victory over Portland as a six-point home favorite this past Tuesday night. It will head to the East Coast after playing the Spurs for road games against Boston on Friday night and Philadelphia on Saturday. This should help to fatten the win column with the Celtics and 76ers combining for just four SU wins in their last 20 games.

Another team that is quietly gaining ground in the West is the Los Angeles Clippers with an 8-2 SU mark in their last 10 outings. They are now 29-14 SU on the year and four games in back of the Spurs in the West. Los Angeles has gone 6-4 ATS during this run and the total has gone OVER in their last four games. The Clippers will be back on the court this Wednesday night against Charlotte as six-point road favorites with the total set at 199.
