The big showdown in the NBA last week was Miami on the road against Indiana with the Pacers squeezing out an 84-83 victory as a 1.5-point home favorite on VietBet’s closing line. The Los Angeles Clippers are still in hot pursuit of both of these teams in the standings with a 16-2 SU run in their last 18 games to improve to 53-22 on the year. While five of the eight playoffs spots in the East have already been claimed, there are still five spots up for grabs in the West. Atlanta is holding down the eight spot in the East with both New York and Cleveland still in contention. In the West, it is a three-team logjam for the final two playoff spots between Memphis, Phoenix and Dallas, who are all within a half game of one another.
